Default Multiple Calendars/Contact Lists (3) when adding another user's mailbox...

When I add another user's mailbox into my mailbox for the purpose of sending/recieving mail on their behalf, I get multiple Calendars, Contacts, etc. What's the cause of this? I have configured this for multiple user's and each time the same thing happens (multiple Calendars/Contact Lists)

This is because you've got permissions for these folders and show in you
Folder List Navigation. Tell the mailbox owner to remove those permissons
for you if you don't want to have this access. Also note that you don't have
to add the mailbox to your profile for Send on Behalf of

Basically, we set up employee's mailboxes so that they can view their boss's mailbox, calendar, and contacts in order for them to read/reply/forward/ email messages, schedule meetings and add contacts. When we add these mailboxes to the employee's Outlook, this is when mulitple copies of the Calendar and Contacts are imported. One shows all of their scheduled meetings, appointments, etc and the other two do not have these meetings, appointments, etc. They are blank. Same thing with the Contact lists. One is populated with Contacts, the other two are blank.

Well not imported I hope; just added ;-)

What version of Outlook are we taling about and what steps do you take to
set permissions and add the mailbox to the profile on another user?

We are using 2003 on XP machiones and we do add the mailboxes, not import. Sorry for the confusion. The permissions that we give to the users are Editor (read, create and modify) for all options (Tasks, Inbox, Contacts, Notes and Journal). We still get multiple Calendars and Contacts when we "add" mailboxes.
