multi-users

hi every one,

I have an e-mail adress that it used by more than one
users/PC. I configurate Outlook on more than one PC.
But i want to track every send and receive message.
Outlook allows to save on each PC, but how to centralize
all saves.

Did Outlook allows it or i need Exchange to share e-mail
contact, etc.
