Default Add a Microsoft Word letter to all Outlook contacts

Wrong - email is not mailing no matter what MS thinks. This was not for
emailing but likning a file on hte HD to each client.

Judy you need more work with understanding your product and how it works in
the real world.

Good on you for finally mentioning that this requirement is for "mass
mailings" Now we can surmise that want you want is a record of what you
emailed (possibly by merging) to a large number of people. You made this
hard for those trying to help you!

Thank You Sue, Thank You! I tried this and it works great! This really
saves me from having to go into each contact for my mass mailings. I
really
appreciate you taking the time to answer my question and for understanding
it. Thank You!

Create a journal entry that contains a link to the particular Word
document or the document itself as an attachment. At the bottom of the
entry, click the Contacts button and select the contacts you want to
associate with that journal entry. If Outlook objects to having so many
linked contacts, make as many copies of the item as you need to link all
the contacts, so many for each item.

How can I add a saved Microsoft Word letter to all my Outlook contacts?
I
could open each contact and save it but would take too long.
Please help. Thanks.
