Default Image not saved with document

After saving an HTML page containing an image as workbook in Excel 2000 and
then changing the image path, the image no longer appear in the document; a
broken image icon is displayed instead. How do I make the image stayed with
the document so that even if the path to the image is changed, the image will
always appears in the document.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.
Sam
