How do I re-attach contacts in wrong profile?

I migrated to a new machine. I have multiple profiles. My contacts for
profile #1 are linked correctly to the Contacts icon on the Outlook today
screen. The address list is not linked properly to the new message button.
The address list is in profile #2, linked to its new message button. The
contacts for profile #2 are missing. How can I attach the contacts to
profile #1 from profile #2?
