Word 2007-Problems in Page Setup for Book fold format

Hello,

I encountered recently two problems in Word2007, for a 20 pages doc where
Page Setup was configured for Multiple Pages\Book-Fold format (Book-Fold was
assigned to Full, Auto, and 20).
1. few pages are scrambled with this format selection.
2. paginagion does not appear in printed doc.

For Pringing Preview, the doc looks fine. When printing into PDF same
problems and results as the hardcopy printed doc.

However, I realized that when doc is saved as Word97-2003 format (DOC
extension), problem#1 is gone but problem#2 is still exist.

Any ideas ?
