Well that doesn't give us very much information but do this...
Within an Access database, go to your Tables tab and from the File Menu |
Get External Data | Import...choose Excel from your Files of Type, browse and
find your Excel file, and follow the prompts. Good Luck...

Posting your database is completely inappropriate. Binary attachments
are NOT welcome in the newsgroups; very few of us will willingly
accept a (possibly virus-laden) executable from an unknown source. And
just giving us a database to fix without even indicating what specific
problem you're having is presumptuous.

I'm very sorry I didn't realize the rules of this group. Someone here
offered to help walk me through the process when I had all the data.
I thought posting a little of of the data would help.

I have gone through a five or six Access books and they don't seem to
explain the goal that I am trying to attain. They explain each process
of Access but none seem to address what I am trying to do.

I been searching for months for a template or a program that was set
up for this type of thing but that was fruitless.You would think they
would do this all over the country for admitting students into the
school?

Someone here offered to set this up for me for $250 which is too much
for me to pay out of my pocket for something for my school. If someone
could do it for a more reasonable price I would be happy to pay it.

It doesn't seem to be that much to set up but for the life of me I
can't figure it out.

It might have helped if you had said so. You're far from the only
person posting here; most of the volunteers answer dozens to hundreds
of questions a week, and it's possible that the person who asked to
see the data wasn't aware that that's what you were posting. It might
even have been me who answered your previous question; if so, I
apologize, but I've forgotten the details.

Even so, if someone INVITES you to email them your database that's
between the two of you; just posting the database without a question,
explanation, or comment is what I felt was out of line.

Please, post a description of *what you are trying to do*, and a
description (not a data dump) of what you have to work with, and a
specific statement of what problems you're having. We'll do our best
to help you work through it!

p.s. Screaming HELLLLLLLLLLP! is going to get you off on the wrong
foot anyway. The volunteers who answer questions here are mostly
professionals; a simple description of the problem - e.g. "Importing
names and address from Excel" - will be more likely to get you some
serious attention.
