Mail merge: Outlook/Word compatibility problem
Hello,
Our office has recently upgraded to Outlook 2003, but we're still using Office 2002 for the rest of the applications. Now, when I try to do a Mail Merge I get the following error: "To use this feature, you must install the version of Microsoft Word that matches the installed version of Microsoft Office Outlook." So, Outlook 2003 and Word 2002 are not compatible?! Am I going to have to roll back to Outlook 2002, or is there a patch, or any other ideas? Any help appreciated. Thanks. Aaron |

Mail merge: Outlook/Word compatibility problem
The error message is correct. Believe it. Versions of office software have
always had to match to retain integration. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Aaron" wrote in message ...
