Default How can I stop the mousewheel from changing records on my Access f

Users can use the mousewheel to scroll among records on a form; this is
confusing behavior when the form includes a vertical scrollbar. How can I
stop the mousewheel from changing records?
Win XP, Access 2K3

You need a little help from outside Access. Here's the most commonly
used (free) helper:
