How do you place a formula into a Word 2007 table. Thanks!
The "How": When the cursor is in a table cell, the Table Tools tab of
the ribbon appears. Click the Layout tab under it, and click the Formula button at the right end of the ribbon. Enter the formula you want into the dialog that appears. In Word 2007, the help index seems completely uncapable of locating anything about formulas in tables. Instead, here are a few links you can use: http://www.computerfreetips.com/Offi...te_office.html http://www.ehow.com/how_2105427_do-t...word-2007.html http://office.microsoft.com/download...AM103824421033 (start on page 20 of the 26-page PDF) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microso...Using_formulas -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
