Default How can I stop an active X scroll bar flashing when it has focus?

I am using Access 2003 to display thumbnails of photographs. Inorder to
scroll through them, I am using an active X scroll bar. It flashes when it
has focus and I find this distracting. I would like to disable this feature.
Perhaps there is another veersion of the scroll bat that does not flash.
