Outlook 2007 Contacts Ownership Question

Hi.

I noticed that after deleting several contacts that they show up in the
"Deleted Items" folder with different "From" fields.
There are several e-mail accounts in Outlook and some of the deleted
contacts show the name of one of the e-mail accounts even though the contact
wasn't created from the owner of that e-mail account.
Some have written "Unknown" in the "From" field.
I tried to look up the properties for the contacts but there is no owner
information.
Is there a way to save all the old contacts so that they show the correct
owner name?
This name by the way is only visible to me in the "Deleted Items" folder
after I deleted a contact.
Please someone explain to what this is about.
