Default Outlook Autocomplete

We are currently running Outlook 2002 with an exchange server in a
Citrix environment. My problem is that the autocomplete does not always
work correctly. The Autocomplete and the AutoResoultion options are
enabled. It seems that user "A" will send an e-mail to an outside
address and continue to send an email to this address for a few days
with no problems ( Autocomplete Works). A few days later when user "A"
tries to send an e-mail to this address again the Autocomplete fails. I
have renamed the NK2 file as well as created a new outlook profile and
the problem still occurs. If I look at the NK2 file with notepad I do
see email addresses. This is not happing to one or two users but rather
sporadically to the entire company.

You've multiposted (and I don't mean just the stuttering post in this
group). Check your other post and do not multipost.
