Adding a specified number of business days to a start date
Hi
try =WORKDAY(A1,4) where A1 stores your start date you may also add a third parameter to WORKDAY referencing a list of holidays (see Excel help for more details) Frank LLSherry wrote: hello I am hoping someone can help me put a function into my worksheet when using dates. I have two columns one is start date and I need to calculate an end date in the second column that is plus 4 business days. Can anyone tell me if there is a formula for this? I have checked my excel bible and found the networkdays function but this seems to give the number of business days between a specified start date and a specified stop date. As well, how can I have it determine what days are stat holidays and not business days. Do I need to somehow have it looking at my calendar? Any assistance would be very much appreciated. Thanks all!!!!!!!!! |

Problem adding a specified number of business days to a start date
Hi
you probably have to install the Analysis Toolpak Add-In. Goto 'Tools - Add-ins.' and check this Add-in -- Regards Frank Kabel Frankfurt, Germany McmahonL wrote: I need to add 45 days to a date that will change for each occurrence.
