Default Reset table field properties globally

I'm have to recreate ~ 100 replicated tables to remove the
replication info fields ("s_..." fields). Certain field
properties such as "Allow Zero Length" were reset to the
default NO when the new tables were made. Is there a way
to globally reset field property values rather than change
each table's field properties one at a time. I vaguely
remember seeing a solution somewhere.
