Test Settings Network Password

Okay, I had my 2 pop (sbcglobal) accounts set up on outlook 2003 and when I
tried to modify one of them it deleted both of them. Now I am starting over
with setting up the accounts again. Everytime I set up an account it
continues to ask for my network password and logon name. I can't get past
this. If I hit cancel, it gives me an error message. I thought this program
was supposed to be easy. Can someone please help me? Thanks!
