Default Name Badges with Pictures

Hello,
My wife is heading up her 30-year high school reunion,
which means that I am doing most of the computer work.
She has issued an "executive order" to me to create name
badges that include a picture of the classmate from the
high school year book. All the pictures are already
individually scanned and are on my harddrive.
Right or wrong, in the table I created with their names, I
added an OLE Object field called Picture. I then dragged
the individual pictures to each record.
My problem is that I cannot get the pictures to appear or
print in a report. I think I need to embed the pictures
but I am guessing at that.
I looked at the Northwind sampel database and saw a sample
of what I needed but had no clue how they did it.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks.
P.S.

Hi
I've done a similar thing without using OLE, check this link (it works on
reports as well)

Gal,
Thanks for replying to my query.

Unfortunately, the article you had for me is way above my
Access capabilities/understanding. And, I already have
the pictures dumped into Access anyway. Still, I will try
to study that for future reference.

I think "all" I need to figure out is how to tell Access
that the picture field is to be printed out with each
classmate. No matter what I do inside a report or form,
instead of a picture, there is simply a box for the
picture with the name of the file that I dragged and
dropped into the main table. I don't understand what else
I need to do.

Thanks again! I appreciate your time.
