Default Hyphens, line braks and more in Plain Text Messages (Outlook 2007)

Hi guys,
I encountered an interesting problem in Outlook 2007.

When sending myself a plain text mail with this body:

Denis Briel
My Company - A Member of the Mother Group
New York

The mail arrives like this:
Denis Briel
My Company - A Member of the Mother Group New York

The line break is removed by Outlook with the message:
"unnecessary line breaks have been removed"

When e.g. replacing the hyphen with a comma, the same problem occurs.
When replacing it with a period, the text arrives as sent.

Is there any way to force Outlook to display the line break??

Thanks in advance!

Wherever you want plain text lines not to be wrapped for recipients, indent them 3 spaces or more.
