Default My outlook will receive but not send messages

My Outlook 2000 will recieve messages but not send them.
They sit in my Outbox. I have contacted my ISP and
everything is working on their end. This just started,
and was working fine before. Please help,

Thanks,

I went to file and made sure Work Off line was not
checked. Still will not send the messages in my Outbox?
Any other things to try?

Locate your srs-file and rename it to .old. This will reset the Send/Receive
settings. Make sure nothing is in your Outbox and Outlook is closed when you
do this.
