document image writer - file open problems
after a completely new installation of all including office 2003 I cannot use
my previous *.tif and *.mdi files any more. The image writer is showing up, however even saving files in these formats gives me the "Windows cannot open this file". I am using XP Pro and Office 2003 pro, including all available updates. Office repair and unistalling and reinstalling printer was no success. Thanks for help

Did you install the Document Imaging program? It is not installed by default
from the Office setup. Thank you Mary. Meanwhile I found the solution: The binding in registry for
