How do you view the archived calendar in Outlook 2003?
Q.#1 What is the File // Open method for Outlook?
I think I just now archived the Calendar. Unfortunately, there are 3 different "Archive Folders" posted on my Navigation Pane. Probly confused myself, but don't want to delete something in case it's valuable. Q#2. Will the Archived Calendar show all appointments? It asks me to choose a program or search the net and Outlook isn't one of the programs available to choose. When I choose the net, it just takes me to the Outlook website. |

The Calendar isn't included in automatic archives unless you enab;ed it. Did you? FInd out. Right-click your Calendar folder, select Properties, then click the AutoArchive tab. Which of the top two radio buttons is selected? -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
