Get message 'Can't open this item' try again. Solution?
After searching for an old email and finding it, I double click on it to open
it, but I get this message: 'Can't open this item. Could not open this item. Try again'. How do I open the email if this happens? What's the problem: has the message been archived, or does it need to be downloaded?
