Default The openform action was canceled

Hello,

I'm trying to open Microsoft Access and "the openform action was canceled"
keeps coming up. We are using a remote database called AERIES; it stores
student information for schools. It was working fine about a week ago and
seems to have suddenly quit working. Does anyone know what could be causing
this to happen?

Thanks.
