Default sharing only some of my contacts

My company would like to create a specific list of contacts that can be
shared by a select group. How can I do this without this group seeing ALL of
my contacts?

Create a public Contacts folder and copy to it the contacts you want others
to access. Give them permission to the folder and you should be all set.
