Default Outlook 2007 doesn't install properly

I recently purchased Office 2007 Small Enterprise. Every component except
Outlook installed properly and is functional. However, Outlook will not
install completely. Every time I launch it, it reinstalls. I've tried
uninstalling and (after cleaning the registry) reinstalled with the various
options available. None work.

Another problem is that Office Live Connector will not recognize that
Outlook is installed at all. I had it set up with Outlook 2003 and it worked
fine. Thinking that might be the problem, I uninstalled the Connector, tried
installing Outlook and then reinstalled the Connector, to no avail. It seems
to me the problems are related.

Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!
