Default How do I set up a freight matrix

I am looking to set up a freight matrix using Access. I have multiple
vendors, freight rates, different truck types, origins and destinations. How
should I go about setting this up? Please advise.

i don't know if it is still a problem setting up a Freight matrix, but i
built one in excel, if you want more information just mail me
