Default how do you move a column? (switch columns).

I have a two column table. I want to move the second column to become the
first column. Can't do it! Any suggestions?

What have you tried? This works for me:

Hold the mouse above the top of the second column, so the cursor
becomes a black downward arrow. Left-click once, so the second column
is selected. Move the cursor into the selected area, click-and-hold,
and drag the mouse all the way to the left margin before releasing the
button.

You can't just select it and drag it? Cut/paste?

Insert a column to the left of the table. Select the right most column and
copy the data to the column you just added, then delete the column you don't
want.
