Outlook 2003 Address Book

How do I display my address book (Outlook 2003)in alphabetic order by the
LAST NAME,First Name, then e-mail address?

I have Outlook 2000 on my computer at work, and the contacts are filed-as
"company,(last name,first)" on the contacts card. When sending e-mail with
Outlook 2000,the address book displays the contact's last name, first name
and e-mail address. When sending e-mails using outlook 2003 the address book
lists the Company Name,(contact name), display name and then e-mail. This is
very confusing and I would like to format the Outlook address book the some
on both computers while still filing the contacts by Company name.
Outlook 2000 seems to be able to do this, why not Outlook 2003? Your help
would be most appreciated.

Go to Tools E-mail accounts View or change existing directories or
address books Outlook Address Book Change. Set your sort order there

Ok, thanks, but your remark and solution did not help. How can I get the
address book (Outlook 2003) to look like the outlook express address book? I
am able to set this up with office 2000 but not 2003, has something changed?
No matter what I try when I change the Outlook 2003 address book display, the
sorting of my contacts are completely changed from being filed as
"company,(last name, first name)", I guess it is not possible to have it
"both ways"

This has never been possible with the Outlook Address Book.
Only the Windows Address Book does this.
The old Internet Mail Only mode of Outlook used the Windows Address Book. No
full version of Outlook ever has.
