Default Need Help Importing Data

When I open up Excel, I'm trying to bring in data from the other file. It
says, "cannot import data at this time."

There's a button there that when I click on it it does not do anything.

Also, how do I generate an report from Microsoft Excel. And Use access to
view it? I wanna use Microsoft Access to pull up the data on the report and
scrooll through it. I also want to make a macro that prints out all my excel
reports from the cells, and copy the into Microsof t Access program.

Thank you,
Carl

I should also point out that the button on the cells is grayed out whenever
the report shows up on the screen.
