Default Office for XP vs. 2003

Is there any difference between MS Office Professional for
XP and MS office Profesional 2003?

I just purchased the second of the two and it says on the
box it can be used on Windows 2000 or XP, but I want to
determine the answer to the first question before
proceeding.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

Office XP (containing the 2002 versions of applications) is the prior Office
version. Office 2003 is the current Office version. I would go ahead and
install it if your system meets the requirement.
