Need help w/ reports
I have multiple reports... they can be categorized into "error reports" and
"summary reports". For all reports I utilize the "NoData Function" below: Private Sub Report_NoData(Cancel As Integer) MsgBox "There is no data! Closing report." Cancel = True End Sub For all error reports, I do want to see the "There is no data! Closing report." message box. For the summary reports, I expect (or at least hope) to NOT see this message box. Here's what I'm trying to achieve: Create a dependency between the 2 report categories so that either a) I see "something" (whatever it might be... text box, message box, comment) on the summary reports that indicates that there are still errors in the error reports. Therefore, I should not print them until all errors have been fixed, or b) Disable the summary reports until all errors have been fixed. Is that possible? If yes, how would I do that? Thanks, Tom |
