Default Address book import error

When importing a CSV address book I get an error msg after going through the
setup and clicking the 'import' button. 'Error importing address book'. Some
users on our network get this error, a small number are able to import
successfully. Those who can import have a useable list of new addresses so
the file does not appear corrupt. Are there any settings which could affect
the import? Should it make a difference if 15 people are all trying to do
the import at the same time since they are all importing separate copies of
the file from their 'My Docs' folder?

I have exported a text file via FILE ¦¦ EXPORT ¦¦ ADDRESS BOOK ¦¦ TEXT
FILE (csv) from my account in OE6. We are importing it back into other users
address books to save them putting 70+ addresses in individually. All are
using OE6.

To import we are following the FILE ¦¦ IMPORT ¦¦ OTHER ADDRESS BOOK ¦¦ TEXT
FILE route. Having selected the file in BROWSE we then check EMAIL which is
the column heading in the CSV file and map it to E-mail address. It falls
over after this when clicking IMPORT. Phil

Where exactly is the CSV file located that they're importing, Phil?

If a user having the problem creates a new Address Book (Start Run wab
/new) and imports into it, does the behavior persist?
