Use "Keep with next" formatting for the relevant paragraphs (Paragraph
dialog box). -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "K.S." wrote in message ... How do I keep Membership Directory entries together in columns? I want to avoid having the name and address at the bottom of one column and the phone number moving to the top of the next column. |

My approach is to make each directory entry a single paragraph (using line
breaks at the end of lines instead of paragraph breaks) and formatting the paragraphs/style as "Keep lines together." -- Suzanne S.
