Default Access the STR function

I have Excell 2003 and have copied a spreadsheet from another system.
The macros fail as it does not recognise the STR function.
As this is a deafault Windows Library file how do I add this function into
the configuration.

Default Access the STR function

In the VBIDE, check ToolsReferences, and if any items are marked as
MISSING, uncheck them.
