You also didn't catch my "intentional" error in this line:
strWhere = ""Accomplishmentid = " & Me.AccomplishmentID
which should be:
strWhere = "Accomplishmentid = " & Me.AccomplishmentID
This all assumes Accomplishmentid is numeric.
