3052, File sharing lock count exceed. Increse MaxLocksPerFile regi

Hihi,

I having this error (3052, Files sharing lock count exceed. Increase
MaxLocksPerFile registry entry) when i try to run my application on Access
2003, but it seems fine when run on a Access 2000.

Had tried changing the registry to 50,000 but the error is still there.. The
records i run is about 35,000 (abit less than that).

This application will do an import from excel sheet.. then filter the data
imported and make some calcalations to the data.

Any idea what had happen?? had did some research on the error, but seems
like this error occurs on Access 97, 2003 and NOT on Access 2000..
