Default Fitting Contacts to page when printing

I am trying to print out a list of my contacts. I have 6 columns. When I
select print preview, Outlook is printing 5 of the columns on one page, and
then the 6th column on a second page.

There is no "fit to page" option in the print dropdown.

Try adjusting the column widths in the view in Outlook's main window before
you print.
