Default How do I print a table with gridlines?

When I have the web layout on the screen my table looks good. Then I click to
print layout and all the data is scrambles with no lines separating anything.
I went to format and the borders and shading button...it wont let me click on
it. What can I do?
Thanx for your help
Jennifer

Do you have anything selected when you try to apply borders? See
