Dynamic crosstab query report
I have run into a report situation that I don't know how to solve. I am
hoping someone has a suggestion. I am running a crosstab query that I want to publish in a report. The underlying table relates to registrations on a monthly event basis, so this month there will be entries for January through August registrations. Next month you will add the September registrations. The crosstab query is totaling the money brought in for each month's registration and it works great. The problem is that I need to create a report that has columns for each month for the entire year. If I go ahead and add columns referencing the Sept, Oct, Nov, and Dec registrations in the report, the report won't run because these do not exist in the query yet. The only solution I have is to make up a "sample" registration for each month at the beginning of the year, but that seems like a VERY bad idea because I would have junk data. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks in advance, Beth |

You can add all of your potential column names to the Column Headings
property of the Crosstab Query. -- Duane Hookom MS Access MVP -- "Richardson" wrote in message om... I have run into a report situation that I don't know how to solve.
