Default Go to chapter

I am about to write a very extensive document that is going to be read on
screen so I would like my inventory list ( I don`t know that is the corrrect
word ) to be clickable.

So that i have my front ( thank you Suzanne ) and then my inventory list.
There I would like the reader to be able to click on chapter 6 for instance
and then be presented with the part of document where chapter 6 begins.

How do I do this in word 2003?

Sincerely
Andreas

Can you guide me through that using the menus because my edition is not
English and the help does not work with the Danish word meaning the same.
