Outlook 2003 'Contacts' folder is giving me an error, 'Can't open.
I'm getting an error attempting to open a contact in my 'Contacts' folder.
The error is, "Can't open this item. One or more web page addresses entered are not in a valid format. Please use only standard English characters (a-z), numbers (0-9), dash (-) or period (.)" I can't open it to fix it; I can't even close Outlook. I've run Outlook/Detect & Repair but it didn't help. I have Business Contact Manager installed (including Sp1). I suspect that there are characters in the webpage field that it doesn't like - but I can't open the record in order to clear it. Any ideas? |
