Cannot find shared contact folder

I am still seeking an answer to an Outlook Express problem:

If this should be asked in a different forum, please so
advise me, as I do not see an Outlook Express forum listed.

I have more than one identity in OE6. If I understand
correctly, there should be a non-deletable Shared Contacts
folder which was created by OE6, but there is not.

According to the Help file, I should be able to click on
the View menu and select Folders and Groups, but this
option is not available on my View menu.

All folders (including folders I created) show up properly
in all identities, but there is no 'Shared Contacts'
folder.

There is one for Outlook Express, but it's under Internet Explorer... I'm
not sure what your problem is or the fix (we can answer easy OE questions
but this doesn't sound easy) - so either find the OE forum or see if
insideoe.tomsterdam.com has any information.
