Default address book from outlook express to outlook

I have followed the instructions on the site, but not working. The
importation is not successfu into Outlook, address book remains empty. I
understand others have had this problem. What to do? many thanks.

I follow all the steps, only a few, click on "finish", and then the window
comes up saying "0 of 0 addresses imported" and the address book itself
remains empty.

Please post a URL of the site that you are getting these "instructions"
from - without that we haven't got a CLUE what you are doing...

we are speaking a different language! I googled outlook express to outlook,
and got the microsoft link. there is a very simple instruction to import
address book. I followed it, but the addresses didn't get moved. Have you had
this problem before? Do you have any other ideas?
