I have followed the instructions on the site, but not working. The
importation is not successfu into Outlook, address book remains empty. I understand others have had this problem. What to do? many thanks. -- Lee P

I follow all the steps, only a few, click on "finish", and then the window

we are speaking a different language! I googled outlook express to outlook,
and got the microsoft link. there is a very simple instruction to import address book. I followed it, but the addresses didn't get moved. Have you had this problem before?
