You mean this one? Click the "download now" button. Click "save" when
prompted (4 times). Then start PPT and go tot he Design tab and click the bottom-most arrow to the right of the Themes gallery to expand it. Nah, you do have to save 4 times -- this theme saves a font scheme, a color scheme, an effects theme (all three are XML files), and then the theme itself. Oh, oops. This one.
