Default missing from 07 ?

the new color category scheme is nice ... but does this mean the category box
at the bottom of the contact form is gone for ever?

Categories don't travel well as an .vcf - I send a lot of vcards to my
personal pc at home -- prior to '07, I used to copy what was in the category
box at the bottom into the notes pane - when opening this at home, I didn't
have recategorize a contact before I saved it -- I'd just copy the category
text from the note pane and paste it into the category box (always empty on
an .vcf) - easy -- now I've got to start from scratch and go through the
whole all category list ...

any way to get the category list back?

Categories are now in the Ribbon.
Why must you use VCF files to transfer Outlook data? You'll always lose data
that way.
