Default You can't use Find or Replace now

I created using a form in Access an expense report for all my employees. I
have entered 25 different employess and entered forcast amounts for each.
When I receive an invoice I need to go into an established employee record
and input/replace data and the error comes up You can't use Find or Replace
now. I cannot get to the records that are there.
