Default Set a default footer for Excel charts?

I'd like to set a custom default footer for Excel charts (and spreadsheets
for that matter) that is always applied. Is there any way to do this?

Thanks.

In a blank worksheet, create the footers that you want (and any other format
settings for that matter) and then use File Save As... Save as type: Template
and give the file an appropriate name. When starting a new workbook, select
File New... and then the template - your footers etc. will be in place. You
can create different templates for different occasions.

You can add another button to your toolbar through
Tools¦Customize...¦Commands and selecting the top item under the File
category (New...). Instead of opening a new blank worksheet, this button will
display the templates available in your Template folder. Change the icon and
the Name/Tooltip to prevent confusion with the New button.
