Ho do I set up a drop down list for a field in MS ACCESS
it's generally better to ask your question in the big white question box,
rather than in the Subject line...but, at any rate, the answer is: you DON'T. see http://www.mvps.org/access/lookupfields.htm for an explanation of why not. you should not be entering data directly into tables, anyway. that's what forms are for. in a form, you can use a combo box *control* to display a droplist. it's easy enough to build using a wizard, in form design view. hth "Radhika" wrote in message ... |
