Default Multiple levels of bullets in a table cell

Create a style that can be activated to create a bulleted list with more than
one level in a table cell. Pressing Ctrl Tab does not enter the next level
of bullet. I am using Word 2003.

Does Alt+Shift+Right Arrow work for you?
