Default database templates

I am interested in designing a case management database system similar to the
model in www.prevail.net. Do you know if access has something similar aside
from the contact management database? Also, if there are no templates for
this can I use fields from different database to create what I want? If so,
how?
Any helpful hints, tips and instructions is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

On such a basic level, perhaps you should start off with a 'how to' Access
book.
Templates are by most definitions generic and may require substantial
modification and coding to get the required result.
See http://www.databaseanswers.org/data_models/index.htm for many data model
examples
